An Original Creation
6 Large Idaho Potatoes
1/2 Stick Salted Butter
6 oz Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Crumbled Bacon
4 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Bake or Microwave the potatoes until they are soft, not to soft, but not to hard either.
In a bowl, cut the cooked potatoes with a knife into small pieces.
While the potatoes are still hot, cut the butter into small pieces and put it on them.
Cut the butter into the potatoes with the knife.
Add the sour cream and bacon. Cut them into the potatoes with the knife.
Add the cheese and cut it into the potatoes as well.
Warm in microwave for a minute or two, serve. UMMMM!
